Fiberlock IAQ 9000 is a low-odor waterproofing coating that is specially formulated to stop water from penetrating through a variety of interior and exterior surfaces including above or below grade masonry walls.

This mold-resistant waterproofing coating is guaranteed to stop water intrusion. IAQ 9000 is ideal for use on interior and exterior surfaces including above or below grade masonry walls, cinder and concrete block, stucco, brick, retaining walls and foundations. This high-strength, low-odor latex formula creates a matrix which can hold back 10 pounds of water pressure per square inch - Equal to 22 feet of water.

IAQ 9000 contains an EPA-registered fungicide to prevent the growth of mold and mildew on the cured film and has been independently tested and passed ASTM G-21 and ASTM D-5590.

IAQ 9000 can be tinted to any off-white or pastel color and is easy to apply with brush, roller and/or airless sprayer.
