We try our best to ship all orders within 24-48 hours of receipt (except for Saturday's, Sunday's, and Holidays), however this is not always possible. We ship from several locations throughout the United States, if the item is currently unavailable, it will automatically be backordered and shipped once it becomes available. All orders requesting an expedited shipping option are prioritized in our order processing queue. Sanitaire equipment may take up to 14 days to recieve. All other name brands are recieved within 4 business days.

Therefore, we can not be held responsible for shipping items that we honestly believe to be the best part for your application. Shipping Charges
Shipping Charges are added automatically by our shopping cart. Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, and 3 Day Air shipping options are available. These options are quoted upon checkout for orders up to 5 pounds. If chosen the appropriate charge will automatically be billed to your order to speed up the processing of your request. Items purchased through our new website with flat rate fees for shipping and handling, does not mean that is the actual shipping charge incurred by us. If a product is returned, the actual shipping charges will be deducted from the credit!
